I bought 4 shocks during the Monroe Shocktober rebate period. I carefully submitted all the proof of purchase info including the bar codes from the boxes, the store receipt showing both the address of O'reilly Auto Parts and my address, and the rebate form. I received an email from Tenneco saying my  receipt did not have the address of the store where I purchased the shocks and gave me an address to re-submit the information. I sent another copy of the receipt which also showed the store address. It has now been 6 months and I have heard nothing. It is not worth pursuing this any further for a $25 rebate.
