When first speaking with Jim Martinez Who is the owner of www.Monster-Media.net he sounded very knowledgible about his line of work which is making web-sites. He told me that for $750 down he could start on mine and when finished I would pay another $750, a total of $1500. He told me that it would take no longer than 3 weeks to be complete,So I deposited the $750 in his account on Friday Jul 1 2005. It has now been over 7 weeks and I have no web-site and Jim has just seemed to vanish with no more comunication and my $750, He did however register my domain name which now makes it imposible for me to use. I have been sending Emails and making phone calls on a daily basis and have never even gotten one responce telling me what is going on.
Jim when you read this you now have the chance of making this right or I will be forced to take further action against you. If you choose to make things rite between us I will update this measage promptly.
I want 2 things, I want my $750, and I want my domaine mame.
