monster scooter part RIPP OFF.... I ordered a new 48 Volt 1200 Watt Controller and I got used scratched not even fucntional controller Mechanicsville, Maryland

I am in Hull QC. Canada. I ordered a 48 Volt 1200 Watt Universal Speed & Voltage Controller from Monster Scooter Parts in August 2012. Just a day after my order I called Monster Scooter Parts ( spoke to Ed) to let him/them know that I want to cancel my order since the other company I ordered the 48V-1000W motor from will include the controller as well. Monster Scooter Parts refused to cancel my order. I told Monster Scooter Parts I will return the controller straight from Post Office untouched unopened.

Monster Scooter Parts did not want to take the untouched controller back although it will be sent back to straight from post office. Four weeks later we opened the box to try out the 48 Volt 1200 Watt Universal Speed Voltage Controller in case of selling it to someone online...We found a scratched used controller. I got a little upset paying a new controller and got a used one.

We tried the 48 Volt 1200 Watt Universal Speed & Voltage Controller out and did not even work at all.
NOW.... Monster Scooter Parts ripped me off knowing I am an International client and I can not do much about it.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Monster Scooter Parts unless you have power to shut them down due to their sneaky cheater manners.
