MoreMpg MoreMpg, data used to sell product is owned by another company Internet, New Brunswick

Products being sold under the name MoreMpg are being sold with plagiarize data which is owned by another company.  This data was deemed owned by the inventor in Texas by federal court.  I know this because I was at the court when this all took place.  This Company may be associated with George Ackerson, Chuck Harty, a company called CerBond and Nic Streit.    These people were using the data when they lost in US federal court and may have taken it out of the country at that time.  I have personally been affiliated with the original products since 2006.  That company is Cerma Industries and personally I know the inventor of the products that the data is owned and paid for by.   I personally have seen the damage this product caused.
