I have a traumatic brain injury from a car accidetn:  TBI

I am fragile, don't always remember things, and am not my best on the phone. 

I asked this company who has repeatedly called, to please give me accomodation - do not call me. 

I need a letter with explanation of why they are calling me.  

They call me all the time.  

"Miss Hicks" calls my cell phone number.  

Then calls the home number.  

Then calls my cell number again.  

I answered all of them and asked what they were doing, why they were calling and all I've gotten is rudeness, harrassment, and no ansers.

I have not received a letter of explanation of who or what they are . 

They need to stop calling me. 

They need to answer my questions!!
