Morgan Buildings & Spas, Inc. Ripped-Off By Morgan Spa Friendswood, Texas

Purchased a Morgan Malibu XE 598 spa and Mood Room in February 2012 during the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Financed the entire deal through their financing at the credit union. Spa was not delivered until June 2012. The Mood Room was so damaged could not accept it.

Morgan was paid in full by the credit union but has never delivered on the mood room nor the promised replacement unit which was a cabana room. After many attempts at calling and writing them they have never responded with any explanation of why they can not deliver what was paid for.

This has been such a rip off and I want the world to know just how bad this company really is. I have spoken with many of their sales staff who have complained of not being paid or the checks they have received have bounced.

I wish the Texas Attorney General would do something about this company and their practices.
