On 4/27/2016 enter into a room addition contract with Charles Joseph Morgan for $60,000 to an existing 3 bedroom house, Charles Joseph Morgan is not only a liar, but he is very lazy contractor. 99% of the time he does not show up to complete the project. He always has an excuse of sickness or family matter. He only completed 20% of the work he was supposed to have completed and left the house in a mess. I gave him a total of $52,842 because he said he wanted money up front because he has to pay his sub contactors. Of the money given to him, most of the money went to his pocket. I reported him to Better Business Bureau of Dallas, of which he is a member. Despite evidences, the better business bureau said he does not owe me money. I have hired a lawyer to go after him. No one should hire this contractors. He is a crook and a thief , He a contractor out to rip people off and that is why he has various websites that he post pictures of other project completed by other people. If you want to verify
