MORGAN & LYNCH GROUP Luisa de la Riva & Moran & Lynch Group RIPOFF - UPFRONT FEES FOR FUNDING FINANCE LOAN VIRGINIA GARDENS Florida

This person  Luis de la Riva from Morgan & Lynch also ripped us off. He came referred by a friend of mine. He came very fancy, seemed proficient and promised to fund our finance needs after reviewing all our financial statements. He assured he was best friends with many local Bank's CEO's and CFOs. It was credible. He said all he needed to do was sell our company need and idea to the bankers. Couple of daye later, he came back, assuring he can get us financed. He said the upfront fee was just for processing, but if for any reason, there was no funding, the upfront fee was to be refunded. So we agreed. Paid the upfront fee, provided all required documentation.  Couple of weeks later he just got lost. We could not longer contacted. Weeks after, he showed up stating he had been ill apologizing.  We asked for the upfront fee and he gave us many excuses. I called the friend that referred him to me, he spoke to Luis and Luis told my friend he would refund the upfront fee. But of course it never happened.

This is a typical upfront fee scheme.. DO NOT FALL for promises even if you are desperate for finance!
