after many years since this crazy maintence man posted this untrue statement about the apartment building..This apartment is 100% full for more then a year

Your website is using our Logo which we did not authorize, please remove it immediately, our lawyer has viewed this post and is prepared to take legal action. this post is completely not written by George our manager and is by a employee who was fired by George. Furthermore George does not give refunds on deposits, this is handled by the main office in NYC.

Im the real Manager of this apt building and this post is complete lies posted by a disgruntle ex employee who turned out to be a pervert, peeking threw tenants windows and more...This maintenance man was fired when a tenant caught him looking threw her underwear draw while he was supposed to be unclogging her drain...

He has posted this and also answered as if me the real manager. these posts are completely untrue Honestly this apartment is well maintained does not have mice, we have a exterminator by law once a month. He received a well maintained building status from the County. at present the complex is 100% full, with a waiting list due to our apartment is clean safe and well maintained..

You must have the wrong disgruntled consumer!!! We actually took video of us cleaning and remooving our property from your s**t hole. We also have digitel pictures of a rat sitting on top of our refrigerator.

So, please bring your pictures in, and please bring the ashtray roaches in. I am a God feering man and do not indulg in such activiteis!

I cannot BELIEVE that you are posting this on this website! The only reason I am here is because someone told me that you are talking all this nonsense and even though no reader will take heed to what is written, I need to clear my name.

Second, I am BULGARIAN...not GREEK...weirdo!!!!

Third, I agreed to giving you your deposit before you vacated the premises! After you vacated the premises I find that you completely TRASHED the place! There were condoms EVERYWHERE, the stove was in such bad shape the entire oven and stove had to be replaced. There was an unexplainable green slime left in the refrigerator with cans of soda left open...three of them spilled on one of the shelves of the refrigerator.

You left ALL your furniture in the unit, which had to be disposed of per your lease agreement.

The building is not "roach" or "rat" infested as you state. The only roaches were left by YOU in 4 ashtrays which contain an illegal substance and I should of had you arrested for!!!!!

Writing a posting to hurt my name is only going to hurt you! The damages you caused are greater than the deposit, which I kept and if you sue me believe me I will have a countersuit available with PICTURES!!!!!!
