Morning Star Academy My worst experience with a business EVER! Orlando Florida and Philadelphia Pennsylvania

We enrolled our 9th grade daughter in Morning star academy. We paid all the tuition up front as you are required to do. We then received a bill for $240.02 for books we were not told we needed. You had to pay for the books and c.ds. or could not start the classes.

It is now 3/4 of the way through the school year and not one assignment has come out of or even mentioned the books I was forced to purchase. And the c.ds that she did use have to be returned at the end of the year or I have to pay more. Some of these texts books don't even seem grade appropriate or have much to do with her subject matter. There are books of case law she got with her american gov. that she not only never needed but an attorney friend said she used in college.

Also I have contacted the school on numerous occasions with very pertinent questions and have yet to receive any answers NO phone calls or emails back. They even have the wrong avg. and amount of hours listed for my daughter and I mentioned this also to no avail. Obviously this is a big issue as she is a straight A student looking for college scholarships. I have never been so mistreated by a business who had no regard for their customers.
