We applied for a mortgage for a co-op through Mortgage 300 NMLS# 162651 . Our main consultant Manuel Gonzalez advised us that he had over 20 years of closing co-ops. Manuel said he left in May 2019 but he is listed as a co-owner in numerous places online including LinkedIn. The day before closing in late July, we were told that Mortgage 300 did not have the correct software to generate the co-op documents. We are now homeless with an infant.

 Mortgage 300 a.k.a. Cason Home Loans a.k.a Virgil, Inc. told us they had over 20 years experience closing co-ops. The day before closing they told us they didnt have the correct software to close the documents.
