This company in collecting it's debts gives no reguard to a person's need to survive nor feed his or her family. The company took every penny of my friends money from their bank account, leaving them with no money to buy food for 5 CHILDREN, no money for light bill, or the mortgage(Glorified RENT) on the place they are now living in. If our group of friends had not been able to give a few dollars towards the groceries they would not have anything to eat for the next few weeks because they still have to find a way to pay rent and light bill. What a wonderful group of attorneys and collections people they have working for them. A bank representative even stated that the Attorney that is handling this situation is a good one. YES! for Vanderbuilt his is great, but for the person struggling just to survive, he is Satan's Angel! By the Way His name is Dave Bridgeman or something like that. So somebody tell me why they have per DAVE the RIGHT to take all of someone's money at one time leaving them with NOTHING TO LIVE ON! Where is our goverment in these situations? Is Vanderbuilt not abusing the right to collect the debt? Isn't it in this case CHILD ABUSE since they took money that was to feed 5 children?
