My company ordered $500 worth of leads through a representative of USA Marketing & Telesvcs, Corp. named Kathy Johnson in February 2009. Kathy Johnson initially contacted us via e-mail from the address sales@mortgageleads4less.com offering "live" mortgage leads via call center transfer with a special deal of buy one get one free. We placed the order and faxed over a voided check to Kathy Johnson and the $500 was drafted electronically from our account immediately at which time we were assured that the leads would begin immediately.

It is now April 3 and no leads. I have called their toll free number 866-678-3608 and tried every extension on several occasions and on every attempt but one, I received voicemail. That one occasion I did get through to a real person who claimed they would have their accounting department call me back. That was over one week ago and no call from this person in the "accounting department"

I have also sent multiple e-mails to this Kathy Johnson and have not received a single response. She sure was quick to reply when she was trying to make the sale, but now...... nothing.

This company is a fraud and WILL scam you out of your money. DO NOT waste your time or money on their bogus leads. There is no "call center" for leads- if there was I would not constantly get voicemail.

Stick with the reputable companies, not these greedy thieves.

This mortgage company placed purchase w/ fraudulent transaction!

AUTHOR: Vp Usa Marketing - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, April 18, 2009

This company called us in response to a 10 lead live transfer promotion we offer.

An alledged employee called in the order w/ checking account information and wanted to begin lead delivery immediately, our account representative took the order, but told the client we would have to have a hard copy of the check w the corresponding information given and a signed authorization allowing our company to debit the bank account of the client, but agreed to still process the order.

After several requests this information was never given, and we assumed the transaction was fraudulent, and assumed the payment request would be returned by the bank, which it was on 4/3/09.

With the current state of the mortgage industry, we continue to take checks and credit cards from our clients, but need to protect our interest that we are paid legitimately.

In this case we were not paid, had good reason to believe we would not be paid, and refused to perform the service to the client, as expected.
