Terry O'Shaughnessy d/b/a Mortgage Money Market, Inc., represented himself as president of a direct funding source in a written document to obtain a deposit.
Once the deposit was submitted on verifying reciept of the funds, Terry O'Shaughnessy immediately changed his position from president and CEO of a direct funding source to one of being a Mortgage Loan Broker.
When confronted about the discrepancy and refund demand, he refused to refund the money, and further refused to communicate with the victim.
Victim reported the incident to Internet Crime Complaint Center or IC3, said Victim has not received any information or updates on the status of the report.
Victim has not received a refund from Mr. O'Shaughnessy to date.

I am Terry O'Shaughnessy the president of Mortgage Money Market Inc, and I am a lender for over 30 years and will provide proof of same upon request to anyone that wishes to call 818-343-2268.
We do not charge up front lender fess. That being said at one time in the past we did charge a small fee but only for a short period of time as a trial experiment. This was done not for a proft center but to eliminate some of the misrepresented/fraudulent loan requested we were receiving.
The thought was anyone with a falacious loan request would simply go elsewhere for their loan. We have long since terminated that test. All borrowers during that trial/test were provided 100% focus on their loan request. As we all know some loans just don't qualify for the loan they seek.
We do not recall this loan but would like very much to here from the parties for further elaboration.
