MORTGAGELENDERS.CC - GlobaliNet RIP OFF ON MORTGAGE LEADS PONTE VEDRA Florida

I purchased leads from an internet based company called Mortgage Lenders.cc. The sales representative I spoke to promised the company would deliver about 2 to 3 mortgage leads per day, guaranteeing their clients a 100% contact rate, phone verified, free filters, and automated replacement application.

I was required to pay them $2800 up front for about 56 leads. This was their smallest package. They claimed they had given me 56 additional leads free. Each time a lead is phone verified by a mortgage lenders representative, the lead is deposited into a displayed account that fits your filter criteria.

I have had this account open for 33 days. I have only received 3 email alerts! Out of those 3 email alerts, I have only been able to contact 1 customer! This company requires checks or wires for payments only!!

Myself and my business partner used the money that we were going to use to pay our mortgages to buy these leads! We are now struggling, and the company representative that opened the account for me, Lauren Martilli, refuses to return any of my calls!

I have returned 3 out of the bad leads that I received, and only 2 was accepted. We posted our complaint on (((competitor's name redacted))), a mortgage broker chat room, and several brokers have reported that mortgagelenders.cc are theives, and they even changed their name from GlobaliNet.

There are bad reports all over (((redacted))) in which several individuals have filed for a refund, and are also attempting to sue this company. The company will only pro-rate your money after 90 days, and even still, its up to their discretion. Also, if you decided to file suit, their terms and conditions advise that you can only do it through one single county in Florida!
