I tried this company thinking these leads were something extra special because they cost so much. They are not; they are not just the same as others lead vendors, actually for me, their leads were worse than what everyone else out there has.

MostChoice customer service is terrible. You can't change anything on your initial order; you're stuck, according to their self serving agreement. They have no filters. They won't let you change your geographic parameters. If you're a tweaker, like me, you're out of luck, there's ?No tweaking allowed?.

Their web site for agents is a joke compared to other lead vendors; MostChoice offers nothing except a lead credit box, which you definitely will need. Of the ten leads I received in a three week period, half were bad.

The leads I received from them were all at the end of my 30 mile radius. They cost twice as much as other suppliers. What do you get for such expensive leads, absolutely nothing, as a matter of fact; you get far less service and customization than you'd get from the very low end lead suppliers.

I contracted with seven lead companies; MostChoice is by far the most expensive and the worst. I bought thinking you get what you pay for. In their case, I got nothing but the shaft.

I have to say, I tried Insureme leads and while the leads didn't work out that well for me, at least the folks at Insureme were understanding, willing to work with me, returned my deposit and were polite and easy to work with. Everything that MostChoice is not.

If you are an agent looking for leads, you're lucky to have found this site and know what other agents have found when dealing with this company...an absolutely awful experience. Take my advice and avoid them like the plague.

MostChoice Stands by Its Product

As the Operations Manager of MostChoice (and an employee of almost 4 years) I would like to answer the claims made by Russell with regards to our lead quality and our contract.

The leads provided by MostChoice were initiated by consumers via the web, we do not spam, use pop-ups or affiliate sites; we want consumers who are actively searching to speak with a professional about their insurance needs.

MostChoice does have a crediting service to deal with things such as invalid phone numbers, students doing projects, etc. Out of all of the leads Russell returned to us for credit, all of them were replaced. Unfortunately, because we only take inbound requests from consumers looking for help, we can't control those who want to enter fictitious information. This is why we have a credit system, and ALWAYS will replace bogus leads.

MostChoice does have a fully staffed Customer Service Department available via email and telephone Monday - Friday. We try to accommodate agent requests in a timely manner and as fairly as possible.

Unfortunately we can not satisfy every agent who signs up with us, but we do have many, many happy agents who have been with us for years, and who continue to receive leads. We never like to hear from agents who have had bad experiences, and we strive each and every day to satisfy all of our clients to the fullest extent.
