Motorhome Specialists mhsrv.com Lied, Cheated, and Complete Lack of Customer Support Alvarado Internet

I purchased a $110,000 motorhome from them. They rushed us through the paperwork saying all the time that we would "take a test drive as soon as someone's available - but until then, lets do some paperwork"

During the test drive, we noticed a check engine light on. They said it was common but would check on it. We noticed a couple of other things too and they said they'd take care of it. We stayed in the RV for the night and left on Sunday, when they were closed.

Additionally, both outside mirrors were broke, the stablizers were leaking oil, there was exposed wiring for the awning, nothing was tightnend down - door and drawers would just pop open, the rear view and side camera's were unusable and all of this we were told would be repaired.  It looked like they just cleaned things up to hide the fact that there was a problem and pressured us to wait to do the test drive after dark so we wouldn't see anything suspicious. 

20 miles outside the dealership, the check engine light comes on. According to Ford, all they did was turn it off. They didn't even look what the error was. They didn't fix any of the mechanical stuff we asked them to but we had to get back for work the next day.

Here's the bottom line. they will say anything to scam you into taking the unit. Once you drive it off the lot, you're not their problem any more. I drove my unit 1 day and it spent the next 45 days in the shop and it's still not fully fixed.

Motorhome Specialists will tell you every lie in the book to get you out the door. I would have gladly spent a few more bucks for a different unit had they been forthcoming but now my life's purpose is to protect anyone from buying from Motorhome Specialists. Please protect yourself and your investment and go somewhere else where they will be truthful and honest and stand by their word and products.
