MOTOROLA WAS SUED IN A CLASS ACTION RELATED TO THE DEFECTIVE CHARGING PORT ON THE MOTOROLA RAZOR V3M.
I HAVE ALSO HAD OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THIS PHONE RELATED TO THE SCREEN GOING BLANK AND THE PHONE DOING OTHER STRANGE THINGS LIKE ON SCREEN IT WOULD SAY REGISTERING APPLICATIONS EVEN THOUGH THE PHONE WAS ON. ONE DAY IT JUST BECAME UNRELIABLE. FOR EXAMPLE IT WOULD NOT DIAL OUT.
THIS PHONE WAS ORIGINALLY SENT TO ME TO REPLACE A V60 AND SAT IN THE BOX FOR 99% OF THE TIME AND WAS USED SPORADICALLY ON A PRE-PAID CARD UNTIL 2017 WHEN I STARTING USING IT ON A REGULAR BASIS.
RECENTLY THE WIRING ON THE CAR CHARGER SPLIT IN 2 PIECES NEAR THE THING THAT PLUGS INTO THE CIGARETTE LIGHTER THIS HAS A CHIP IN IT WHICH MOTOROLA I BELIEVE INTENTIONALLY INSTALLED ON ITS CHARGERS SO THAT YOU CAN'T USE A UNIVERSAL CHARGER.
I BELIEVE THIS CHARGER IS MADE OF POOR QUALITY WIRING.
MOTOROLA REFUSES TO EXCHANGE THE DEFECTIVE V3M PHONE AND THE MINI USB CHARGER.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The Razr V3M is a 15 year old phone, they came out in 2005 and haven't been made in well over a decade. Motorola Mobility doesn't even exist anymore, so of course they can't replace your antique cell phone. What are you smoking?
