i was sent here as a ward of the ny state.the counselor did not help my situtaion and when i told the owner he did not want to hear it.i also had sex with counselors who was suppose to help me with my mental health situtation.i call this a rip off because these people who work hear are highly untrained.most of them have prior records and i have proof i did my own search so before you think of putting your family in this home read my story,and nobody ever wanted to hear my story so i got put on the street so they could cover there a*s.

Glad to see you respond to criticisms in an oh-so-pc way, Donna, but the fact remains that MTM is an ethical black hole.  I know for a fact that your former administrator, Judy Y, recommended medications for residents -- even though she is not a doctor.  Furthermore, I am aware of an incident from the summer of 2009 when your lead Care Coordinator, Don G, put two residents on a bus and pretended they had run away.  One resident, Charles H, was not seen again, but the other resident, William C, returned shortly after and reported the incident to staff.  And anyone who knew that kiss-a*s Don would know that he would never have done such a thing if not ordered by Judy Y.

As head of the Care Coordinators, Don G would never have driven the residents anywhere -- he considered that beneath him --- and of course he had "mentors" to drive residents to their appointments.  On that day, however, he decided to drive William C & Charles H to their appointments in Quakertown.  The report that Don gave was that he stopped at a gas station (about ONE MILE from the residents' appointment and pretty much across the street from the bus depot) so that the residents could use the mens' room.  It's there that Don claimed the residents ran off to board a bus.  As I said before: William C returned and informed the staff of what had actually happened.

When the state was informed of what had transpired, MTM was obviously tipped off, because the day the state came to investigate Don G took William C and his chart out for the day to look for "new placement" for that resident -- even though management had refused to move on that resident's many previous requests for a new placement.  I also know for a fact that administrator Judy Y had told Care Coordinators not to "move" on various residents' requests to find new placement -- even though that was their right.  Evidently, CBH residents were bringing in too much money to afford them the rights they were supposed to be guaranteed.

As previously stated, William C returned to MTM, but Charles H was not seen again.  Charles H was psycotic and was evidently costing MTM too much money with his many ambulance trips to an actual hospital.  As for what became of the staff: as far as I know, both Judy Y and Don G were promoted.  So please, Donna, spare us your "we're caring professionals" bs.

I chose this time to put my real name cause I still suffer I should of sued.Its not like I had sex with one staff there mulitiple incidents.And yes they were fired but what did you do with me after i told you and Norman my counselor u guys kicked me out.I wander the streets husteling to get a bus ticket .Stop lieing this still plays in my head highly trained Kyle boyer rest in peace was a drugie so was peggy in charge housekeeping in 2001 I slept with three staff members and smoked with half them.thats good treatment I didnt do drugs till i Met Micheal cohen so f*ck you you guys destroyed me no help at all

Sorry to have only now seen this one report filed almost a year and a half ago. While no Personal Care Boarding home is without incidents, our facility, which at times works with very difficult residents, handles them with professionalism.

Our license requires that we do criminal background checks on our staff and has set criteria for hiring those with any records. We also have a very strict policy forbidding staff from anything but a therapeutic relationship with residents.

Any allegation, no matter how reliable the source, is heavily investigated, and staff is fired immdiately if found to have violated this company policy. Please call us anytime with questions or concerns.
