To anybody wanting to live in a yes community

1. 1st thing now is the parkin situation at this community has none meaning, if you have two vehicles you have 

space for those two vehicles. On the other hand if you have more than two vehicles you might have space on the

side of your trailer which is good.

2. The problem is that if you park on the street your vehicle will be towed away.

3. I find that to be asinine, to tow a person of the community vehicle away when their is not enough parking space 

around your trailer, pretty d**n ridiculous since the management office rent'd lease'd or purchased the trailer with 

more then a couple to live in the trailer, which goes to the point of the office, not inquiring about the how many

residents would be residing in that house. I have been here for almost 8 years I have seen an average of 4 or more 

cars around many trailers in the complex, this is not just a one time thing I'm stating its been that way for the whole

8 years I have been here.

4. Last night 3/2/17 approximately 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm a neighbor had her nephew visit and was off loading things for

his annt parked up on the sidewalk because the roads are small and his annt had just left to run an errand, when the nephew was talking to his family when my son noticed a tow truck come up the road and this man made a u turn in the road to take the vehicle, my son beep'd the horn so the young man who was visiting would come out and tell this guy he was just visiting and he was getting ready to leave, well to late this guy took the vehicle right away he even moved faster to take the vehicle, THIS has turn'd into utter nonsense, ? what if you had family or friends visiting you and remember theirs no extra parking at all this is so F N stupid its pathetic. Your family or friends that are visiting would have to pay for their vehicle that got towed away.

5. I myself on a saturday mind you, early in the morning went to buy some groceries, park'd on the sideway very close to my side to enter the trailer, (remember) the streets are small, just got done puting the groceries in the house got a phone sat down on the front porch when the very same tow driver came and told me I was park'd on the sideway, response so what I'm just got done putting groceries in the house, an mind you I do not have to respond to this guy, but I did an he said your park'd on the landscape area, I got outta my chair walk'd over to hime an ask'd him again did you hear what I said, he again said your on the sidewalk, I again stated to him who gives a s**t, I been here for 8 years we have park'd on the sidewalk for that long because the road is small plus I just got done telling you I had off load'd groceries, you better keep it moving he left, this is the ridiculous way the management office is doing business no F N common sense plus we live here it like living in a house in the city limits one can park his or her car in front of their trailer just like a house in the city an GOD forbid family or friends visit they might have their car towed away while trying to enjoy family or friends. Well there going to have problems I can already see it building just by some of the people I'v talk'd to after telling this tow driver to keep it moving the very next morning my son see's him coming in again he makes a beline to my house I watch'd him as he came in, if he takes my vehicle while I'm doing something in my house after I get back from the store or warm'd it up and forgot something in my house then the office is definitel going to have a problem I can guarantee it. I would not recommend anybody to move in here at all.
