This company is a scam. Do not even entertain the idea of working with them. Most reviews across the internet talk about them charging a lot more extra money, damaging their stuff, general incompitence and being extreamly rude. I can honestly say I have never dealt with a company this horendous previously.

We signed up to use Move Management in February. We needed our stuff to be picked up at the end of May. We orgnaised for it to be picked up the day before we left to go on holiday and the head back to live in the UK. We were given an afternon slot and when the truck had not tunred up at half four I called the office. Once we had spoken to someone for 20 minutes they realised that they had not booked in one of the companies they use to come and pick up the boxes. This is when the saga began.

For the next two weeks I had to phone every day multiple times. I spoke to a whole range of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Every day they said they would pick up our boxes which was a complete lie. They were then rude to me and would avoid my calls. It took them two weeks to get our boxes. This was a horrible and very stressful experience. It was also very upsetting as we were unsure if we would even get our personal things back.

A few months then went by. We were contacted by Move Management asking us to pay the rest of our balance. We asked for a discount but they refused. So we paid. We then got another invoice from the UK company which we wernt expecting but we paid and got on with it. We then emailed the UK company to find out when our stuff would be delivered .They said there was a delay but would be in touch soon. Another month later and we got an invoice from the UK company for 660 pounds for storing our boxes. I then called up the Eurpean company and questioned them on this. They said that they had been asking Move Management repeatedly to send them some paper work they needed to release our boxes. They had advised them on multiple occasions that it was costing money but they did not care. After another 2 weeks they sent the paper work and the european company sent them the invoice as it was their fault. Move Management refused to pay it and told them to bill us. Our origianal quote was 900 dollars. It will actually have cost us 2000 dollars and a ridculas amount of stress.

We emailed Move Management to ask them to pay the 660 pounds as it was their fault. They have again lied to us about what the invoice was from. Unforunatly for them the UK company has given us evidence of what it is from and have said it was Move Managements fault. We are now dealing with lawyers and we still do not have out stuff (4 months later).

DO NOT USE THEM
