MoveOut.com, Smart Pack Solutions ripoff - fraud - false advertising - misrepresentation Bensalem Pennsylvania

Beware of MoveOut.com, which promises at its website "same day shipment" and "next day delivery" of moving boxes. I ordered from them twice, one month apart. Both times they did not even process the order until four days after I placed the order, then took a week to deliver the boxes. In the most recent case, I still have not received the boxes I ordered, and they split a small order, saying now that the orders will arrive on separate days. They make excuses when you call to inquire about your late order such as this one: they said they had to close their California shipping plant because the manager's son was ill. This second time they didn't even give an excuse, just admitted I wouldn't get my order for at least a week. I have filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office against this company for false advertising, fraud, and misrepresentation.
