MOVE4LESS BEWARE MOVE4LESS BAIT and SWITCH Las Vegas Nevada

The written estimate and verbal agreement I received from the "move4less"  was  $517.50  They told me that this was a worst case scenario. This estimate was for 3 movers and included the "tv packing for free"

Approx 20 minutes before the scheduled move time they called me and stated that they only had 2 movers available instead of the 3 movers they agreed to on the written estimate. This was a  breach of the agreement and written estimate. I was promised over the phone that it would NOT be more expensive than the written estimate even though this contradicted what was stated from move4less representative Jenna in her Oct 12th email

Once 75% of the furniture was moved in the movers presented the bill of $653.50. The movers demanded that I pay them this amount or they would not move in the rest of my furniture and would hold it as collateral until I paid them in full. When I asked to speak to a manger they stated "everyone had gone home for the evening" and no manager was available. They held my furniture hostage until I agreed to sign the invoice. I signed this invoice under duress and was not given another choice which is illegal. They also charged me extra for the tv packing even though they said they would include this for free. In summary they didn’t honor the number of people that were supposed to move me, they didn’t honor the price they agreed to do it at, and they charged me to pack my televisions even though they agreed to do it for free. To top it all off they broke my dining room table that and scratched up my office desk totaling over $4,000 in damage.  They acted like they were going to pay for it if I filed a claim but then only offered $180.00 I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy.
