Moving Solutions Top Moving Solutions Real Movers, LLC Overcharged me and will not return my refundable deposit Nashville Tennessee

This is a hustling company that uses subcontractors that have nothing to do with the Co.  I called for a move on a 3 bed home.  I named off everything to be moved. Put down a $250 deposit and was promised the dep would be refunded. It was only to hold the truck.  When they arrived, they already had a load of over 1/4 full of a 24' box truck. They immediately started trying to up charge me. Said they would have to get another truck.  I finally had to agree to pay $2000.  The driver was on the phone with his "cousin" the whole time trying to upcharge me. They only took 1/2 of the items I had named off.  They kept hustling the entire time trying to go up on the price.  After the delivery they told me I had to pay the driver, not the company. I don’t use cash app so I had to pay cash.  Driver came by and told me they wanted to charge me $2800.00 but I owed $2450. I called the dispatch that sent the truck and put her on speaker so the driver could hear. She told me not to pay over $1750 if that's what I was quoted.  The driver was not leaving until he got the full amount. I finally paid the $2000 so he would leave.  They claimed that dispatcher wasn't part of the company, although she set up the truck.  When I called cust service I was called a liar when I told them the lady told me not to pay over $1750.  Come to find out the dispatcher wasn't even associated with Moving Solutions.  The lady in cust svc would not even allow me to explain my side of what happened.  She told me I would NOT get my deposit back.  That was for their time and I don’t get a free move.  They are very dishonest and started hustling as soon as they walked in the door. And I only had 1 bed to move, not 3.  They will not refund my deposit.  They are scammers.  Do not trust them.  They will rip you off.  Yes I had to be moved out so I really didn't have a choice to cancel them and they already had my deposit.  Again, they are a scamming, underhanded company.  I had asked to speak to the owner and the lady in customer service told me I would NEVER talk to the owner.  They are thieves!!!
