 This company underquoted me by $1000. They did not tell me about a fuel surcharge or that they do pricing based upon cubic square feet. I  had 706 cu. sq. ft and they charged me for 900. When the movers came to pick up my stuff it took them 8 hours to load the truck up. All of my boxes were in own room ready to go. About 2-3 hours into the move the Foreman started yelling and screaming at his workers. This was crazy. He started saying" youre just mad at me cause i make more money then you. go back to school and learn english". This arguing went on for the rest of the day. Not just arguing but screaming and yelling!! totally unprofessional. I didnt have any choice but to pay them or i wouldnt move my stuff. About a week after the pickup date and I did not hear from the company yet i became conercned. I called the company and they said that they havent even left yet because the truck broke down and it will be in the next 3 days i would recieve my stuff. Monday came around and no delievry or call. I called them again. They said they would not deliver until this weekend. So that would be 2 weeks for a delievery! I was quoted 5-7days. The worse part is they never called or emailed me with updates to where my stuff was. They delivery came and it was in a HUGE 16 wheeler MACK semi truck, which obviously would not fit it any driveway in the world. This also was not the truck that came and picked up the stuff. Which made me even more leary of this company. The ddriver stated that they would not except my bankers cashiers check(even though it states in the contract they do accept that form of payment) and they would drive away with my stuff. So my husband had to go back to the bank cash the cashiers check then go to the Post Office get one of those kind of cashiers check and then they will take the stuff off.

WHile all of this was going on I called the Moving USA compnay and the person on the phone was very, very rude to me. He said "Listen very closely to me cause I am speaking very clearrly to you. You need to pay us or we are leaving." I told him he doesn't need to talk to me like that, that i was trying figure out exactly what the right form of payment was he then hung up on me. When i called back a women got on the phone and said the same rude comments and said "its not my fault you got the wrong thing". It was totally a cluster crap of issues. Finally once I recieved my stuff things were damaged, wet from rain and totally ruined. My brand new bunk bed was scratched up. My book case bottom shelf broken and fell off. Matress corners were ripped. All the boxes were soked with water (obviously transferred my stuff in the rain). All the movers had to do was put everything into the basement. When i walked down there things were everywhere! Not stacked and boxes  were upside down. Just totally ruined!! I would never ever ever use this company again or recommend them.  The hire some third party company with deliquents ex-cons with a semitruck to move my stuff. They did not disclose that to me. They actually specifically told me that they have their own trucks. All the workers were not in uniforms and one guy had flip flops on. Totally unprofessional looking. Bottom line is DO NOT HIRE MOVING USA!!! I would never to this again. I would do a U-haul before I would hire them again.
