Mp3Rocket I received an email informing me to upgrade. Program stopped working completely after I upgraded. Contacted company they told me to uninstall, reinstall agian. Still doesn't work, I contact them two other times with no response from them. I am not getting the program I paid for! Ripoff Internet

I stumbled across this website while trying to find a customer service number for MP3Rocket. I paid for a lifetime of unlimited downloads for music and after I'd say the first month or two I received an email stating that I would need to upgrade the program in order to have it work correctly. I did as instructed and the program stopped working. It will not connect at all therefore I can not even look up music never mind download it to my mp3 player. I contacted customer service via email and received a response telling me to uninstall and then reinstall the program. I did as instructed and the program still is not working. I sent other email asking for more assistance and have not heard any replies at all. I believe it is a scam and that they are having people download a so-called upgrade in order for the program to stop working. I do not know how to conact them and I hope I can have some sore of success getting my money refunded for this. Thank you for your time.
