well here we are again took my transmission to a  good transmission shop and he is in the process of writing a report so we can show a judge when it goes to court here is what he found first he said with any transmission rebuild you need a new tork converter well we still have the old one this so called shop did not replace it or clean it up he just put the old one back in as well as all the gears are still the ond ones they were not replaced either the only thing he replaced was the springs and some small seals and they were from another transmission they were not new like he said they were so in other words he just bandaided it so it made it look like it was replaced the whole body was to be dunked in a tank to clean it up before put back togather and that never happenend either when we got it back the outside looked painted but it was dirty and greesy so it was never cleaned as for the fluid that we are using which this shop said was wrong well it is the right stuff and have it in writing so not sure what this person from this shop is trying to pull but it won't work hope no one else gets ripped off like we did we since have to spend another $800.00 to get it rebuilt and we went and got a second transmission to put in while the other one is being rebuilt i hope he has his ducks in a row when we get to court was told by a lawyer that we have a good case and will win
