Mr. C's Towing Los Alamitos Mr. C's illegally towed my car! This company needs to be stopped! Los Alamitos, California

My car was illegally towed by Mr. C's tow company from my apartment complex. I was unloading groceries from my car that was parked in an area where we are allowed to unload for 15 minutes per the management of the apartment complex and the contract with the tow company. I got upstairs with my groceries and received a phone call/ text minutes later from my neighbors saying that my car "just went by on a tow truck."

I went to Mr. C's to retrieve my car. They told me they spotted the car at 12:10 and towed it at 12:25. I told them this was impossible because I checked out of the grocery store at 11:59 and received the phone call/ text from my neighbors at 12:16. They said I was lying and that it was a legal tow. I went to Mr. C's three seperate times and was lied to all three times by different "supervisors" and staff. This tow company needs to be stopped immediately so they cannot tow any more cars illegally.
