Mr. Electric Took 3 visits for SIMPLE job yet after 2 failed inspections expected full payment. Vancouver WA

It took 3 visits in 3 weeks to just get a dishwasher, garbage disposal & hot water dispenser hooked up to code. At the end of the first day, I paid in full before an inspector was even scheduled to come check it. Lesson learned! I assumed it was correct after falling for Mr. Electric's whole "get it done right the first time" slogan. But the inspector said it failed & needed another line. I called them out & they came back & said they fixed it, but again it failed because they didn't add another line. The inspector said he didn't know what they even did that second visit. So then I scheduled a third time & they finally got it right, but after leaving my house I tested them & they didn't even work because the breaker wasn't flipped back on for the new circuits. No biggie but it shows how incompetent this company is. (plus they had my name wrong on invoice which initially caused some confusion as well).

The heavy cost in personal time & inconvenience was never addressed. I also had to reschedule 3 Realtor with appraiser visits. I told them on the phone if I hadn't paid in full & instead had told them to bill me, there's no way I'd pay in full for their crappy service & demand a reduced fee. They had their manager call me & he said he would address this when he was back in town but after a week nothing. Not a letter, not a call, nothing!! I would NOT recommend Mr. Electric for your electrical needs.
