Called Mr Furnace to service my furnace. Randy Norton came, took the front off the furnace and started throwing parts to the floor.  Told me that it would be $600. to service and if there was a crack the furnace would have to be replaced.

Before he could sell me a furnace i would have to pay for an "engineering study" to find out what furnace i needed.  I live in a small single family ranch.  He told me that a furnace would cost between four and six thousand.

I said i was not interested in an engineering study or the price at which time Randy Norton became sarcastic and insulting.  Would not leave until he was paid for a service call.

I hired a local furnace service company that sold me a furnace for $3100. the price included instillation and servicing the air conditioner. I recommend that before anyone does business with this company you get a second opinion.
