Mr. G's Self Storage Breach of Contract Holly Hill Florida

This a warning to my fellow citizens in Volusia county about Mr. G’s Storage facility. My wife and I have a small supplement business, because we both work we were not home to except packages and had a couple come up missing from out front door. We looked in phone book and found Mr. G’s it said they had mail boxes and storage units, which was perfect because we would be needing a storage unit soon. I went into the establishment and rented a mail box, explained our predicament with our packages to explain why we needed mail box, and that at a later date we would need a storage unit. I also explained that we only got about 4-6 packages a month. Very politely she said that would not be a problem, very nice lady. So we start getting out infrequent packages delivered, the lady was so nice she would called to let us know we had a package. 4 month go by I pay my rent we get our infrequent packages. I will to say it was strange they had a room for mail and packages, but , when tracking information said I had a package or they would call they would have to look for it. The package could be anywhere they even had told me they did not have it, which I know they did because at a later date they would say they found it. Why did they not put the mail and packages in the room I do know, other than the fact they did not seem to be to happy about getting out of the chairs they were sitting in. Everything seemed to be in chaos when I went in there. They fired the lady that set up my account, I noticed things even got worse. I was expecting a package and knew I had one there with other to come a day or two later so I just to wait and get together. I was in the area so I decided I would just pick up the package, but there was a sign on the door closed but the on the door said 8:30 to 5:30, I was there at 4:45. I thought that’s ok I have another package coming tomorrow, I will get then. 10/22/16 I checked tracking information and it said no one available to sign for package. I am now upset so I call Cliff Grimes answers the phone which is the manager and is rude, unbelievably tells me we only accept letters, and that they received packages as a courtesy to his customers? He was sitting in the office when got the box, I have received one letter from that place. Now what I have been paying for is a courtesy? Then what the hell have I been paying them for? I hang up and am furious, I call back and the new lady that works there repeats what Cliff Grimes says like a parrot. I her for the owners phone number on the website it says it is a family owned business. She says she can give out that information it is owned by a corporation, I said what corporation she says U- Haul, I knew that was lie. So now we have a company that is rude, in a breach of contract, but liars on top of that. It was quite easy to find who owns this terribly run place, some uppity rude guy in California that could give rats about me. His name is Lawrence Tabak ***-***-**** or *-***-**** hopefully you will not have the pleasure to speak to this guy. He tells me to go somewhere else. After doing some research on this place, I found a lot of bad stuff BBB rating D+, many complaints of rats chewing there stuff up, stuff being stolen, but worst the place about burnt down, leaving the people with no compensation for their loss. Now I ask you does this sound like somewhere you want to do business with?
