We filed a claim with Mr. Movers, they have denied our claim. Rich (the so called district manager) who came out to oversee the horrible experience we had and verified the damaged property, but when claim was sent in he rejected it.

Mr. Movers do not stand behind what they advertise. They did not stand behind anything they stated on the website. We were not given a receipt, nor did the guys use any type of padding, blankets, wrap of any sort to protect the furniture.

Rich was rude, very very vulgar when we called trying to discuss our issue. He would not disuss in an adult manner, he inturn told us to go "F" ourselves....and hung up.

Do not use Mr. Movers....they are crooks!!!!
