he is saying that I'm a thief. That is a very strange declaration coming from a man that was in the prison.

Yes, Avishai Shimshon was convicted in Israel court for forging money. He was caught and put in prison for 5 year.

Do you think that he had enough?! No. when he finished his sentence he coned people using their a credit card while he claimed to sell them computer hardware.

Now, with all this history of cheating money out of people, which one looks as the real thief?!

This comment is against the CON OFER BEN YACOV that claim that i didn't work in commoditiys and he scatter a lie's on me and on my good reputation.

This Ofer Ben Yacov is a lier and all his comment to my first report on him is ONLY lies. I bring Ofer Ben Yacov to work in my company Trowbridge International LTD. as a business man on base of commissions in successfully deal's. HE ISN'T A PARTNER IN THE COMPANY OR WHAT EVER, HE DON'T BUY ANY PART OF IT AND NO ONE SELL HIM ANYTHING, he is just an frustrated and desperate man, despite of that we (I and my lawyer's) discovered that he impersonator in every internet WEB as a Director or Manager in my company Trowbridge International LTD. 

Every business trip that i make during the Three month only that Ofer Ben Yacov work for me in my company was on a base to proceed deal's as i'm now doing in Zurich for two weeks and i'm working on a GOLD Deal's.

Mr. Ben Yacov Don't understand the commodities businesses and the spirit of the hard work with huge investments until a successful deal's, therefore all his lie's as frustrated and very dangers man.

Avishai Shimshon is a con man.
he claims that he is working in commodities but actually he's job is to rip other people money and leave on the expense of others.

I met Avishai 8 months ago when he offered me to join him in his "business" in the commodities area. he asked for $40K for his "know how" and connections and being a fool, I gave him the money and started to work with him.
few days later he asked me for expences to a business trip to spain, when he claimed that he need to be there to close a cement deal.
I gave him the money and after he came back he said that the deal is closed and we are going to get the money in 2-3 months.

later he asked for money to visit US for fuel deal. again, I gave him the money and he went to US for 3 weeks. when he came back he said that the deal is almost done and there is a need to go to london to finish it.

when he gave me the dates for the visit in London, I noticed that the visit is planned to be between Christmas and new-years eve. there is a very little business is done in these days so I found it very strange that people from US and Rassia will come to London, as he claimed to sign a deal these days.

I started to ask questions and realize that something is not right. I told him that this time I will come too. he said that there is no need and tried to change my mind, but at that time I was almost sure that something is wrong.

when I came to London, I found out that there is no buyer or seller. there never was. Avishai just took my money and had a nice vacation in Spain and in US visiting him brother and his girl friend's son on my expense.

I stopped working with him and tried to work with the police and the law to help with with this situation. apparently it is very easy to take money from honest people but it is hard to get help from authorities.

now, 8 months later, a guy called me. he found my name in a web site in Hebrew where I left a message about Avishai and he told me that Avishai did the same to him.

there is a saying in Arabic - every dog will get to his day - meaning, there will come the day that me and all the others that were ripped off by Avishai will pay him back for what he did.
