I have never had such a horrible experience in service all across the board. They were called to fix a crack in my plaster and then they did a horrible job not ONE but TWO times! Michael Van Cleave promised to come back February 2016, a few months after the 2nd attempt to get it right and have since ignored us until we threatened to get our attorney involved. He then decided to respond with a lousy excuse on how we didn't pay for their NON POOL SERVICE they NEVER did and he "voided" our pool warranty. Is this possible? NOPE! Not in the contract! Mr. Van Cleave needs to get a degree in business because he clearly forgot how to run one. I have pictures of the horrible work on my pool which shows all the new cracks (only had one in the beginning). I also now have big chunks of plaster chipping off of the bottom of my pool. I have video (check out his reviews on Facebook) of his own employee saying everything that was wrong with the pool service they did. This guy is a CLASS ACT! Find another pool company, it is NOT worth it!

re-plaster

for those who know how a replaster job is done for a remodel on a swimming pool, this review that you just read, you have already disregarded. for those who don't know how the process works i am here to explain it to you.

pools with existing cracks in them we cannot nor do we gaurantee that the crack will not come back (we do all that we can to reinforce the area that has cracked) but lets be serious "do you really expect the 3/8 inch to 1/2 inch of plaster to hold a pool together when the 8-12 inches of concrete and rebar did not. the answer is no. it is impossible for the thin layer of plaster to accomplish this. if the pool shifts it will crack again again". if it doesn't shift then it will be fine. the review states that there are now additional cracks and areas where the plaster is chiping, once again ground movement is obviously happened.

i have already done more than most people would have done for the client by re-plastering it for them a second time out of my own pocket, when i didn't have to, just to prove my commitment to customer satisfaction. please read the warrantee paperwork online from the national plaster council.

as far as the client not paying for the service they agreed to, they signed a contract for weekly cleanings there pool was cleaned weekly and kept blue for them to swim for almost 5 months, they did not pay for a single month of that, so i canceled there service.

at some point i have to draw a line, this client has been dificult at best and threatening at times, and i refuse to continue giving them free service. i try my best to please everybody and you will see this through other reviews.
