Mr. T's Auto Sales They promised to finance a truck, never did and rip me off $1500. Murfreesboro Tennessee

I am a current partner at Mr. T's Auto Sales and during a seacrh for website names came accross this disturbing bit of information. Since these allegation the individual in question has been let go and it was a short time after the incedent. I do know who this salesperson was and he was not only stealing down payment, and deposits, he was also stealing from the business by forging checks and various other things. I assure as a partner at the dealership we do not do things like that and that all financing goes through me now as a direct result of those problems. I wish this individual had contacted the owner to inform him of the situation because if someone leave a deposit on a vehicle and does not purchase the car the deposit is then refunded; we do not keep money intentionally. If the person were to wreck our vehicle then and only then would we keep the deposit to pay for the repairs of the car and whatver is left over would be returned to the customer. I just hope that the person who wrote this report is not the person who did in fact take the Liberty and drive it 5,000 miles while we were attempting to finance the vehicle, wrecked the car , and then had it towed to our lot and was never to be heard from again.
