Mr. Ola Balogun of the above address, scam and fraud me of $3400 for shipment of 40 ft contianer of cars to Lagos Nigeria. And he collected again a sum of $2025 to buy me a Ford Econline E350, which he did not buy. Elizabeth New Jersey

In November 2017, i transfer through my bank to Mr Ola Balogun's account in Bank of America a sum of $3400, to ship a 40ft contianer of four cars to Lagos Nigeria and additional $ 1000 for a roro 2006 Honda Odyssey to ship it to the same location.

Up til present hour, Mr. Ola Balogun did not paid the freigth money i send to him to the shipping company and the container is already in Lagos Nigeria not cleared by the shipping company office in Lagos due to lack of payment of the freight charges to the company in New Jersey, shich after confirmation with the shipig company Carlo Shipping International through telephoning them responded of " NO PAYMENT" by Ola Balogun.

The contianer is already on demurrage in Lagos Nigeria starting from the 19th of January since the container arrived in Lagos on the 15th January and you are giving a grace of 3-free days to move your cstom cleared contianers out of the seaport.

He Mr. Ola Balogun contiune to say, he on the process and he is passing the transaction to Netherlands and Japan because the container shipping company had thier HQ in these conutries. He shows know clues to this situation and he keep telling different stories.

Also, the roro Honda Odyssey van which, i transferred also $1000 to another bank of his, TD Bank in New Jersery did not deliever the van till this present date and the location and whereabout of this van remains unknown. Haven't said this, when he was asked,the position of this Honda Odyssey, he keep telling lies about the van that is at the shipping company already on the ship to Lagos, now 4 months.

I also paid Mr. Ola Balogun, through bank transfer, a sum of $2025 to buy for me a 2004 Ford Econline E350. TIll this present momonet, he never buy this van and he keep saying he will refund my money back, but never did anything to pay back . He promised the end of January 2018, but no responds of him paying back this money.

I did not know, about this situation untill this situation occured and i was told by good willing Americans that thatt, he is usual fraudulent act. He will collect money from people to provide a service, but the next is to use such money for he extravagant life and spend it on other useless issues. After, he will be telling the victim clients a lot of stories and lies. Until he will not take your calls again and change his telephone number and house address.

Mr. Ola Balogun, is really a super fruadster and smooth crinimal. The highest of all this man crime, is that if you give him money to ship a contianer to you, he will use his brother name ( Hamed balogun and the consignee ) So, if you lay complian and take him to the police, he will say, he did not know you that, he ship his private cars to his brother, because he also do the same car sales business and he ship cars to Lagos for selling . That is his greatest scam.. Superb crinimal act.. Unbelievable act...Unimaginable fraud.

Presently, i don't know of any system to collect my money from him or what legal action, i can take against this dangerous common crinimal to steals from people in pretense of doing business with you.  I need help
