This woman is a real estate investor, also a project speacialist a big scam, i brought a property from her some weeks ago and paid the agent fee upfront the sum of $4500, she promised to deliver the property to me after renovation, then after some weeks i lost contact with her, i was then worried and started making some reseach about her, until i met a very good citizen of this country who have had similar experience with her and she told me that i have been dealing with a scam in NJ.

I am not a real estate investor nor do I know who this Ruth person is from Alaska-
This person is filing a FALSE report, and giving out information that YOU should not be publishing until you have spoken to the individual in question-
I am not nor have I ever been a Real estate Investor, taken money from anyone for Real estate-
This sounds like someone with an axe to grind because they couldnt SCAM me out of money for a bogus loan, and thinks by making up false information they will get revenge. This should be a hint- and why you should do more research before you post a Ripe-off report-
"Until I met a very good citizen of this country" OF THIS COUNTRY should be a hint- how is this person from Alaska "if they met someone of this country"?
