MTM AKA Medical Transportation Management MTM-Mass Hiring-Mass Firing! Stay Away! Sweatshop! Lake St. Louis Missouri

 This is by far one of the dirtiest companies you could possibly work for and not to mention "trust". I will just ask you to look on a weekly basis to the massive job listings this company has.  I happened to be desperate for a job and entered the call center training. I became very ill within the 2 week training period. I sat with a rep for training and was informed that 2 CSR's were recently terminated for no-call/no-show conduct.  The rep informed me that the employee's stated that they clearly followed protocol. 

In my last day of training I was extremely ill and called in and left messages for 2 HR directors.  I had doctor excuse in hand. When i returned to work the following Monday, I was informed after being left for an hour to wonder around as to where I needed to be, that the 2 directors just happen to have not received my messages.  I left the information on my phone in fear this may happen. I was taken into a supervisors office who tried to tell me that the numbers did not exist which I showed them where the numbers were in my procedure folder. Then they asked that I just sit at a desk until later in the afternoon and stare at a wall.

Needless to say, I was terminated without further question.  The training was very quick and very unproductive. It was like pushing cattle. This is just a warning before doing business with this company. They feed off of the medicaid and medicare system.Everyone seems very gloomy and overworked.  Not a fun place to be. Believe me, I will be taking this further than just here. Just a warning to those who are in need of a career. Don't look here. They argued over who wanted to train the class. Not one person wanted the job. The young man who did part of the training was extremely rude and talked down to the learning.
