working 24/7 on clients parties to please and to be appreciated is the goal that is obviously shown with the end result. with praise and generous tips after a function is the true form of appreciation at hand.  with jealously comes revenge in this business.  if everyone played the game in an honest way their would be enough parties for everybody. greed gets you in the end.

In this rebuttal he says that it was a employee who did all this and the company wasn't at fault which is BULLS**T! MTYEDJS.com/NYLONGISLANDDJS.com hired me to do their website and after 6 months of hard work and their site was completed they charged back over $3000  and claimed they never even recieved the site! Either they have a ton of horrible employees running around committing fraud, or this company and JON CAVALEA(the guy i worked with) is lying and a bunch of crooks! We're filing suit against him and if we can get proof from other companies that they do this all the time then we can go after them for fraud as well.

The report above, was a purchased site without my approval, I thought this was an SEO charge, then came to believe this was in fact a web site, when you read the below you will understand.

The web site that was uploaded to our FTP is NO longer.

I the CEO after finding out all that went on, brought into our office a full time intern, who is now a designer. This web designer build MTYE a site from scratch to meet our specifications, & unique business traits. 

I am not sure who exactly this post was from, but the research I have concluded I do think we know who this person might be and would like you to read the below to understand was has happened in out business.

I would like to share one major thing which was my down fall. You need to know everything about your business, you cannot rely on others to run your business. I have learned that some people are just not you, this can create a problem, which it has for us and it is time we re invented ourselves as the NEW MTYE.

If you want it done, do it yourself or have some way to monitor what your staff is doing with, your staff, clients, business credit cards.

Recently, my company had a inside employee, that tampered with the wrong people without the office knowing.

I sincerely apologize to my victims,
I personally mailed out apology letters and also email blast to my industry professionals.

This staff member was like a virus, designed web pages, used other business name to rank our web site, and in fact answered our phone has different names.

This staff member was our IT tech, and web designer. This person was a brilliant person with multiple talents, so we thought!

After 2 years, I began to see emails that were hidden, phone calls that were be redirected to his cell phone, mail documents coming into our office and being hidden.

I then began to investigate, but speaking to my industry professionals, being in 10 years I have never had a problem.

Then this word (ETHICS) has been latched on to my name bu companies I never herd of and began to speak with them, they began to inform me what has been going on.

I then had to stop this, and a court hearing began in the beginning of 2009, the outcome was resolved in my favor with plenty of witnesses.

Unfortunately, in this economic time people become desperate and do things they should not do. This staff member destroyed my reputation. I am now rebuilding our name, just as I built it from the gecko it will have to re invent ourselves.

There one business owner that is a role model of mine Under Armour, Takes one shirt sells the shirt to local businesses for $2 knowing the shirt cost him more to produce but knew it would be a hit, 1 year later he could no produce enough shirts.

I now understand the value of a positive product.
MTYE strives on talent, our talent is what will make your event the event you will never forget.

I try to inform again, and again clients, "Its the Talent your paying for, not the company."

Most clients just want a cheap price, but the result will not be the result MTYE strives on, yes your event will be great but not our standard event, unless the event is properly staffed with the talent we choose.

Okay I took a tangent on this Rebuttal, i still cannot believe I am using that word, with my business attached, but this is life, you have to deal with mistakes and move on, this is what we are doing.
