Mullooly, Jeffrey, Rooney & Flynn LLP SCAM NEW YORK SYOSSET ,NY

I have no idea what kind of people own or work for this Agency but they sent me a letter almost 2 yrs ago asking to collect a debt from a hospital visit that I had of which I was already disputing with my Insurance Co. and the Billing dept. This law firm states that they served me in person with a judgement letter which is not true.

They had my last name incorrect, not just the spelling but a different last name altogether. I called thier office to clarify what exactly this was about and the guy I spoke with couldn't be any ruder!! ZERO courtesy and I also work in Collections and deal with people with bad debt and I am courteous, professional and have a good work ethic which this company obviously DOES NOT.

He rushed me off the phone and just told me to make monthly payments until this debt was resolved with the hospital. I made a few payments to them (why I dont know) and since then I have resolved this debt with the hospital and NOW today I received a letter dated August 21st ( today is Sept 7th) and they are telling me I need to appear at the district court. I have to call my lawyer now to investigate this case.
