I must agree with Lisalowe, Multi Resort Ownership Plan did unfairly issue a "Special Assessment" charge of $250.00. I felt this charge should not have been happened because they wanted to pay thier bills on the St. George, Utah development.
We formerly belonged to Resorts West located here in Washington State who was bought out by Multi Resorts Ownership Plan. The rules were different with Resorts West than they are with Multi Resorts Ownership Plan.
We have been unable to get a reservation with any of our resorts since Multi Resorts Ownership Plan took over from Resorts West. We have to keep paying our dues or we have been informed that we can be sued even though we are not able to use our resort plan.
If Lisalowe got rid of her timeshare I would like to know how she did it.
Anyone who is thinking of buying a timeshare, PLEASE explore every avenue before you even think of giving them your money. They take and take and never give back.
