Multisoft rips off every salaried employee out of his or her hard earned overtime wages by claiming they are salaried and not entitled to any over time pay. Multisoft has a total disregard for any federal and state laws for over time compensation.
Multisoft forces employees to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and middle of the night and still expects that employee to show up on time and work their normal workday hrs with no overtime compensation whatsoever.
I personally heard Peter tell one of the bookkeepers to doctor employees records to make it look like the employee was in the wrong in order to deny unemployment benefits to that employee. The bookkeeper refused and was then treated like crap until she quit.
Multisoft is a very hostile work environment. Peter and Steve personally made it a living hell for anyone they felt like screwing with.

I recently posted a blog which reflected poorly on Multisofts business and pay practices. I fully retract, and sincerely apologize for that posting, as the content was not reflective of the true nature of Multisoft or its principals. I was paid for all time worked and believe Multisoft was a good place to work.
