I spotted an ad on Facebook for workout suppliments boasting a free 30 day trial of Ripped Muscle X and Muscle X Elite Test 360.

The order came within a week or so. 

Roughly within 10-14 days, I was charged a total of $87.63 twice.  Luckily, I have fraud alert attached to all of my credits cards and my card company stopped the charges pending my validation of the charges.

I contacted the company, and was told that I had agreed to pay the price for the product after 14 days and that I would also be recieving more of the product for full retail of the product.

They only openly advertised the free product with the stipulation of my paying the shipping.

Howerver;  if you dig down and spot the terms and conditions, they do have a paragraph outlining that they will be charging you again, at retail for the TRIAL bottle you recieved. 

So the Trial offer does not really exist at all.  They do not give you a chance to evaluate the product before trying to charge you again.

Be warned....that $4.95 trial offer has the potential to cost you hundreds of dollars if you don't pay attention.

These people should NOT be allowed to advertise as they do.
