This is a fair warning to anyone who tries to utilize MUST online high school. First and foremost, they are a totally bogus ripoff!

We "withdrew" our child on 6/23/2009 from this school because they were not providing the instructional services as promised. We were billed $127.50 a month on July 20, August 20, and September 20. That is a total of $382.50 that this company has stolen from our bank account since we discontinued our affiliation with them.

I called the billing company listed on our bank statement. They state that they only charged us for an initial $99.00 sign up fee and gave me a number to call about the other fees. It was a number to MUST high school.

When I called MUST high school, the phone was answered by someone calling himself "Amphmon". I explained the situation and he said "One moment please," and hung up on me. I tried to call three more times and only got a voicemail response. Then I called from my cellphone. The phone was answered by someone calling himself "Patrick." (It was the same person who called himself Amphmon. I could tell by the voice..) I explained to him what the problem was. He promptly hung up on me.

I looked up their accreditation organization "International Accreditation Organization" referred to as IAO. I tried to call them several times and was always answered with a voicemail prompt. Nobody ever called me back.

I have no doubt that MUST high school and the IAO are both the same company with two different websites.

Since my wife used her DEBIT card to pay for this, we can't stop them from continuing to bill her bank account. We will have to cancel her debit card and get a new one with a different account number. Using your debit card is the same as using cash. You have no legal recourse and you CANNOT cancel an automatic transaction. Only the merchant can cancel it. I wish we had known this before getting involved with these people.

NEVER USE YOUR DEBIT CARD TO PAY FOR AN ONLINE TRANSACTION!!!

Anyway, MUST high school is no doubt one guy sitting with a computer and a telephone and raking money in from unsuspecting parents who are trying to help their child.

If you let them into your pocket you will get RIPPED OFF !!!!
