MVwatches Poor quality items, poor customer service, AVOID! Internet

On 04/03/11 I purchased a watch from MVwatches.org.  The watch arrived with two obvious defects; proving a total lack of quality control.  These defects included a hair under the watch's crystal face as well as a missing crystal stone from the face.  I informed the seller who then requested photos of defects.    Photos were sent and then the watch was shipped back at my own expense for replacement.  Six weeks later I received what was suppose to be a replacement watch but instead received the same defective watch with an obvious and poor quality replacement stone in the place where the watch had been missing a stone originally.  Additionally the hair under the watch's face was not removed.  I contacted the seller again who then offered to have me return the watch a second time for repair; again at my expense.  I declined and they offered a partial refund which I agreed to but was never delivered by the seller.  BE ADVISED: This Company is selling worthless products and their customer service is all about stalling and fraud.  Avoid at all costs!
