I have been charged by this company twice. The first time was in November 2002, when I found a $99 charge on my debit account. When I contacted them the first time, the person I talked to was (from what I could tell) of Middle-Eastern decent. The person kept trying to get me to change my mind about asking for a refund and telling me how much money I would save by staying with them. I could tell that they did not want to lose my money. I kept insisting that I wanted my money back and they finally told me that I would get my money back in 3-5 days. I actually got my money back within 3 days.

The second time was just today (12-12-02). I contacted them as soon as I noticed that there was a charge on my account for another $99 taken from my debit account. When I called this time, the man that I talked to (Tim) acted as if he could not find that they had taken anything from me. I told him that the charge was put into my account within the last couple of days and that I wanted my money back. He kept asking me why I wanted my money back, and I told him that I didn't want the service, never wanted the service, and wanted my money back. Tim kept trying to tell me what I would be losing if I didn't keep the service, but I was adamant about wanting my money back. He stated to me that I would have my money credited back to my account within 3-5 business days.
