MWI*Homeworksplus charged $139.95 to a Chase credit card that I requested to be closed a year ago. After 2 months of trying to get this charge removed from my account through Chase I was finally allowed to talk to a representative at MWI*Homeworksplus The representative said I was enrolled by cashing a $4.00 enrollement check that was sent to me through a solicitation letter from Chase. I asked him if he could tell me where the check was cashed and he could not.
The MWI*Homeworksplus representative said he would remove the charges from my Chase account today 7/10/04. I am waiting to see if that actually happens. By the way MWI*Homeworksplus's phone number is 877.844.1326. This is a SCAM by this company in my opinion.
