I kept receiving called from this 484 273 0298. I kept pressing 1 as instructed to speak with an operator. The call started as if it's from an attorney, court, or with a legal department of an organization. I pressed one and after numerious rang. A person picked up the line and asked if they were speaking to me.

I answered Yes. I asked them what is this phone called about? The person was very rude, and verbal abusive calling me all kind of name like a thief. I had a loan with my cash now and did not pay the loan back. I told them I did not have any loan with that company. I used this kind of entity but that name does not sounds familiar. I was told the amount was $1876. She wanted to transfer the call to the department that handle the payment when I told her that I am not disputing the loan just send me a letter in reference to the loan and I will be happy to make the payment. She started to yelled at me. She called me thief and kept harrassing me of going to jail.

They company of Morgan Jeferey is filing a felony charges against me. I need to pay the money or else I will be going to jail. I told her I do not have any problem paying my debt. I just want to rebuttal the loan by having the company sending me a copy of the contract. She said she is not sending me any documantation because, they have send me numerous letter before I kept ignored them.
