My Diet Patches is a rip off. I ordered this online then a few hours after ordering it I changed my mind and called the customer support center and cancelled. She said that my refund should be put back into my account in 3 to 15 buisness days. That was a months ago today.I intially ordered this product on 9/22/04 and have written them 3 times and called 3 times. They continue to reply to me with the same reply which is as follows (copied from my e-mail):
Hello I have taken a look at your account and seen that a refund has been processed for you. I have checked with the merchant and the merchant account has been delayed therefore some refunds have also been delayed. I have manually ran this refund through for you today. Please look for this in your account. Again we are very sorry for this delay. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
Thank you and have a nice day!
My diet patches charged me $157.00 and it only took a day to take the money out of my account and so far a month in waiting for a refund and still no refund!

Here's an update - I received some (not all) of my money back . I am still requesting and waiting for the rest of my money. I think writing in to rip-off report.com helped because as you read above I did receive a response from someone and did received some money's owed since writing in to whereas before was getting nothing but the same auto response e-mail telling me my refund is coming and never was. Although I did receive all my money I want to THANK YOU RIP-OFF REPORT.
