My Diet Patches.com ripoff dishonets fraudulent billing Tinley Park Illinois

I responded to a trial offer on MyDietPatches.com website and entered my charge card number to pay for it. Nowhere on the site is it mentioned that you would automatically receive further shipments. Nowhere is it mentioned that you have to call them and tell them not to send more. I received two patches in the mail.

Approximately ten days later, I received a package that contained sixteen patches. Wondering why I had received more patches, I attempted to enter their website and got a listing of several sites to look at from my search engine. Upon looking for the right site, I saw the site for rip-off report on this company. I went to rip off report site and read where lots of people have had the same problem that I have. Being suspcious that I too had been charged for this shipment that I had I received, I called my charge card company. Yes, I had been charged $170.00!!!!! I was told by my charge card company that they would handle everything and that I would not be responsible for the charge. I have not heard from my charge card company after ten days, so I will check back with them and make sure that I am credited back for these patches that I did not order or give authorization for this company to send.

I have not used any of these patches so I don't know if they work or not. Maybe I'll try them after I get my money back.

This company should be sued! What a rip-off!!!!
